Delivery Policy
Last updated: —
Nothing physical is shipped. The AI Creator Summit is a live online session, so everything is delivered digitally and there are no delivery charges.
What happens after you register
- Immediately — your payment is confirmed and you land on a confirmation page carrying the WhatsApp group invite.
- Straight away — join that group. It is where everything else is sent, so this step is not optional.
- Before the session — the Zoom link and reminders are posted in the group.
- On the day — the session itself, live on Zoom, for about three hours from the start time shown on the home page.
Where it is delivered
To the WhatsApp number you register with, through the group, and on screen during the live session. We deliver anywhere you can open Zoom and WhatsApp — there is no geographic restriction.
If something does not arrive
If you paid and did not reach the confirmation page, or cannot open the group invite, contact us with the name and number you registered with. We reply within 2 working days, and always before the session starts.
