Refund & Cancellation Policy

The AI Creator Summit costs ₹9 to register. This page sets out exactly when that is refunded.
If we cancel or move the session
You choose: keep your seat for the new date, or take a full refund. Ask us either way and we will act on it.
If you cannot attend
The seat is held for you and the session is taught live with no recording, so the fee is not refundable once the session has run.
Before then, we would rather you attended than lost it: tell us at least 24 hours before the start time and we will move your registration to a later session at no extra cost. Requests after that, or a no-show, cannot be refunded or moved.
Payment problems
- Charged twice for the same registration — the extra payment is refunded in full.
- Money debited but no confirmation — failed payments are usually reversed by your bank on their own within 5 to 7 working days. Send us the payment reference and we will chase it.
How to ask for a refund
Email or WhatsApp us using the details below, with the name and mobile number you registered with, and the payment reference. We reply within 2 working days.
How long refunds take
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we process it, the money normally reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
